1. Confirm compatibility
Check the file format badges before downloading. Make sure your embroidery software, machine, or cutter supports at least one included format.
2. Download and unzip
Most product files arrive as a ZIP folder. Download the ZIP, unzip it on your computer, then move the correct format to your machine or software.
3. Test first
Always test stitch or cut on scrap material before using a final garment.
