What file formats are included?
Products may include embroidery formats like DST, PES, EXP, HUS, JEF, SEW, VP3, and XXX, or rhinestone/vector formats like SVG and EPS. Always check the badges on each product card.
Do I need a membership?
A membership unlocks Vault browsing and member savings. Some standalone files may also be purchased through the storefront.
Where do my purchases go?
EDD stores completed purchases and download access. Your My Vault page gives you a customer-facing place to return to saved designs, purchases, and account tools.
Can I change plans?
MemberPress handles account management, membership changes, billing, and payment methods from your account area.
